European Parliament JURI Committee confirmed opinion committee assignments for the EU Inc proposal. ECON Committee appointed Aurore Lalucq as opinion rapporteur, and EMPL Committee appointed Johan Danielsson, while BUDG Committee declined to give an opinion. Pascal Canfin was designated as Renew shadow rapporteur.
The 28th Regime Tracker (EU)→[June 17, 2026]
The Council of the EU scheduled the ninth Working Party on Company Law session to continue technical examination of the EU Inc proposal. Additional sessions are scheduled for June 25 and July 2, 2026.

The Council Working Party on Company Law held its session examining Articles 35 to 58 of the EU Inc proposal, covering the formation and governance chapter. The session included participation from the European Parliament's Employment Committee (EMPL), addressing the politically sensitive issues of codetermination and worker board representation.
The 28th Regime Progress Tracker (citing Council agenda CM-3040/26)→EU Inc (tuntud ka kui 28. režiim või S.EU) on uus üleeuroopaline ettevõttevorm, mille Euroopa Komisjon esitas 18. märtsil 2026. See loob ühtse õigusraamistiku, mis võimaldab ettevõtjatel registreerida ühe ettevõtte ja tegutseda kõigis 27 EL-i liikmesriigis – ilma vajaduseta luua igas riigis eraldi juriidiline isik.
Täna vajab Rootsist Saksamaale laienev idufirma uut juriidilist isikut, kohalikku notarit ja kuude kaupa bürokraatiat. EU Inc kõrvaldab selle kõik. Üks registreerimine, üks reeglistik, üks ettevõte – kogu Euroopas. See on otsene väljakutse USA Delaware mudelile, mida Euroopa asutajad on olnud sunnitud kasutama.
