EU Inc (noto anche come 28° regime o S.EU) è una nuova forma societaria paneuropea proposta dalla Commissione Europea il 18 marzo 2026. Crea un quadro giuridico unico che consente agli imprenditori di registrare una sola azienda e operare in tutti i 27 Stati membri dell'UE -- senza bisogno di entità separate in ogni paese.
Oggi, una startup che si espande dalla Svezia alla Germania necessita di una nuova entità giuridica, un notaio locale e mesi di burocrazia. EU Inc elimina tutto questo. Una registrazione, un set di regole, un'azienda -- in tutta Europa. Sfida direttamente il modello Delaware statunitense che i fondatori europei sono stati costretti a utilizzare.
