European Parliament JURI Committee confirmed opinion committee assignments for the EU Inc proposal. ECON Committee appointed Aurore Lalucq as opinion rapporteur, and EMPL Committee appointed Johan Danielsson, while BUDG Committee declined to give an opinion. Pascal Canfin was designated as Renew shadow rapporteur.

The Council of the EU scheduled the ninth Working Party on Company Law session to continue technical examination of the EU Inc proposal. Additional sessions are scheduled for June 25 and July 2, 2026.

The Council Working Party on Company Law held its session examining Articles 35 to 58 of the EU Inc proposal, covering the formation and governance chapter. The session included participation from the European Parliament's Employment Committee (EMPL), addressing the politically sensitive issues of codetermination and worker board representation.
The 28th Regime Progress Tracker (citing Council agenda CM-3040/26)→EU Inc (známe aj ako 28. režim alebo S.EU) je nová celoeurópska forma spoločnosti navrhnutá Európskou komisiou 18. marca 2026. Vytvára jednotný právny rámec, ktorý podnikateľom umožňuje zaregistrovať jednu spoločnosť a pôsobiť vo všetkých 27 členských štátoch EÚ – bez nutnosti zakladať samostatné subjekty v každej krajine.
Dnes startup expandujúci zo Švédska do Nemecka potrebuje nový právny subjekt, miestneho notára a mesiace byrokracie. EU Inc toto všetko odstraňuje. Jedna registrácia, jeden súbor pravidiel, jedna spoločnosť – v celej Európe. Priamo konkuruje americkému modelu Delaware, ktorý boli európski zakladatelia nútení používať.
