European Parliament JURI Committee confirmed opinion committee assignments for the EU Inc proposal. ECON Committee appointed Aurore Lalucq as opinion rapporteur, and EMPL Committee appointed Johan Danielsson, while BUDG Committee declined to give an opinion. Pascal Canfin was designated as Renew shadow rapporteur.

The Council of the EU scheduled the ninth Working Party on Company Law session to continue technical examination of the EU Inc proposal. Additional sessions are scheduled for June 25 and July 2, 2026.

The Council Working Party on Company Law held its session examining Articles 35 to 58 of the EU Inc proposal, covering the formation and governance chapter. The session included participation from the European Parliament's Employment Committee (EMPL), addressing the politically sensitive issues of codetermination and worker board representation.
The 28th Regime Progress Tracker (citing Council agenda CM-3040/26)→EU Inc (également appelé le 28e régime ou S.EU) est une nouvelle forme juridique paneuropéenne proposée par la Commission européenne le 18 mars 2026. Elle crée un cadre juridique unique permettant aux entrepreneurs de créer une seule société opérant dans les 27 États membres de l'UE – sans avoir besoin d'entités distinctes dans chaque pays.
Aujourd'hui, une startup qui s'étend de la France à l'Allemagne a besoin d'une nouvelle entité juridique, d'un notaire local et de mois de formalités administratives. EU Inc élimine tout cela. Une seule immatriculation, un seul cadre réglementaire, une seule entreprise – dans toute l'Europe. C'est un défi direct au modèle Delaware LLC que les fondateurs européens ont été contraints d'utiliser.
