Le Parlement et le Conseil examinent la proposition EU Inc
EU Inc reste une proposition de la Commission soumise à la procédure législative ordinaire. La commission JURI examine le projet de rapport du rapporteur René Repasi les 15 et 16 juillet 2026, tandis que le groupe de travail du Conseil poursuit son examen technique.
Les 246 amendements du document PE790.143v02-00 constituent un projet du rapporteur, et non la position adoptée du Parlement ni le droit en vigueur.
