Our mission
Make the EU Inc proposal understandable. The 28th regime affects how founders, lawyers, and investors think about cross-border incorporation in the European Union, and the source documents are spread across the Commission, Parliament, Council, EESC, and 27 national systems. We bring those signals into one place – without selling anything on the side.
What this site is, and is not
This site is a reference: a structured tracker of the proposal, a comparison hub, a glossary, and a daily news layer. It is not a law firm, not a registration service, not affiliated with any EU institution, and not funded by any company that would benefit from EU Inc adoption. We do not publish sponsored content and do not take affiliate commissions for incorporation services.
Independence
EU Inc Monitor receives no funding from companies, lobby organisations, EU institutions, or member-state governments. It is operated independently. If that ever changes, the change will be disclosed on this page before it takes effect.
