EU Inc sigue siendo una propuesta de la Comisión dentro del procedimiento legislativo ordinario. La comisión JURI examina el proyecto de informe del ponente René Repasi los días 15 y 16 de julio de 2026, mientras el grupo de trabajo del Consejo continúa su revisión técnica.
Las 246 enmiendas del documento PE790.143v02-00 son un borrador del ponente: no constituyen la posición aprobada del Parlamento ni legislación vigente.

René Repasi published his draft report on the EU Inc proposal (PE790.143v01-00), containing 246 amendments to the Commission's text. The 151-page draft represents the rapporteur's opening position and proposes substantial changes including restricted eligibility criteria, deletion of Article 4 on gap-filling national law, a labour-law firewall, prohibition of public listing, and introduction of steward-owned and employee stock ownership variants.
