Aktueller Stand
Parlament und Rat prüfen den EU-Inc-Vorschlag
EU Inc ist weiterhin ein Kommissionsvorschlag im ordentlichen Gesetzgebungsverfahren. Der JURI-Ausschuss berät am 15.–16. Juli 2026 den Berichtsentwurf des Berichterstatters René Repasi; parallel setzt die Ratsarbeitsgruppe Gesellschaftsrecht ihre technische Prüfung fort. Im offiziellen Parlamentsdossier steht die Ausschussentscheidung weiterhin aus.
Die 246 Änderungen in PE790.143v02-00 sind ein Entwurf des Berichterstatters – weder die beschlossene Position des Europäischen Parlaments noch geltendes Recht.
